Ordering, Shipping and Returns
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.
SHIPPING CHARGES:
ALL ORDERS OF $200.00 OR MORE WILL REQUIRE A SIGNATURE WHEN DELIVERED. All items are shipped by UPS Standard Ground or Select Shipping.
We prefer UPS over US Postal Service because the packages can be easily tracked, and is the most reliable. Please note - UPS does not deliver to P.O. BOXES. Therefore, when you order, we will need your street address for delivery purposes. Keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday only - this is UPS business hours. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. When estimating your delivery time, please do not count weekends and holidays. (UPS does not factor weekends and holidays into their delivery time estimation.) Also allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is actually shipped to you. Orders are processed during regular business hours only.
PLEASE NOTE ... SOME ORDERS WILL TAKE LONGER TO SHIP DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU ARE IN RELATION TO US IN THE COUNTRY (we are in Pennsylvania). IF YOU LIVE IN A RURAL AREA, YOUR ORDER WILL MORE THAN LIKELY TAKE LONGER TO GET TO YOU.
Incorrect information such as billing/shipping address or an option not selected for an item will cause your order to be delayed and placed on hold until all information is corrected.
There are times it takes an order longer to ship. Out of stock items usually ship in 10 to 14 days. Skates that need sharpened, or taps/rubber being attached to shoes will need an additional day to process.
Shipments to Canada will require additional time.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately our glitter hair spray CANNOT be shipped out of the United States. Also, glitter hair spray shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will take about 12 business days to ship. Please contact us if you have any questions.
