Ordering and Returns

Orders outside the united states must be phoned, e-mailed or faxed in to us. please do not order through the shopping cart on our website. this is due to the increase in fraudulant orders from outside the United States.

ORDERS BY FAX ... fax your order and payment information to (814) 835-9449. Fax is on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

OFFICE HOURS (EST) ... Mondays & Tuesdays 12:00pm to 7:00pm, Thursdays & Fridays 11:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am to 4:00pm, Closed on Sundays and Wednesdays, and all major holidays.

PRICING INFORMATION ... All prices are shown with the respective pages in this site. Prices are included with each item. Prices are subject to change without notice.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS ... Out of stock items are generally shipped within 10 to 14 days. If items are out of stock from the manufacturer, they will notify us with a shipping date, we will then contact you with the information.

PAYMENT... Orders placed with a credit card, are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Payment by check will process when check clears the bank - about 10 days.

PAYMENT BY CHECK ... For your security and our protection, your home phone number and driver's license number must appear on your check. There is a $20 to $40 service charge for any check returned to us by the bank.

RETURN POLICY ... If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused item in its original packaging and/or tags attached, within 14 days for exchange, credit or refund. Dance shoes and skates will be carefully inspected for wear before being accepted for return or exchange. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges (return and exchanged item)when an item is returned or exchanged.

PA SALES TAX(for shipments within PA only) ... Please add 6% sales tax to everything except shoes, leotards, tights and knitwear.

SHIPPING CHARGES: All items are shipped by UPS Standard Ground or Express Shiping.

We prefer UPS over US Postal Service because the packages can be easily tracked, and is the most reliable. Please note - UPS does not deliver to P.O. BOXES. Therefore, when you order, we will need your street address for delivery purposes. Keep in mind we ship Monday through Friday only - this is UPS business hours. No orders are shipped Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. When estimating your delivery time, please do not count weekends and holidays. (UPS does not factor weekends and holidays into their delivery time estimation.) Also allow 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it is actually shipped to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE, FAX OR EMAIL ONLY. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH OUR SHOPPING CART ON OUR WEBSITE.

FOREIGN ORDERS: All non-US orders will take a minimum of two weeks to be delivered, regardless of shipping method. It takes time to complete the extra paperwork, consolidate the order, and merchandise is frequently delayed at customs. We recommend shipping your products using insurable methods. If you are willing to pay for the cost of ups, air mail or express mail shipping, we will be happy to ship using that method. You may choose to ship by US Global postal service - this is not trackable and we do not recommend this form of shipping. Payment of all fees, duties, brokerage fees, taxes etc. are the responsibility of the customer in the country of receipt. Refused packages due to non-payment of these fees will result in the customer being charged the initial cost of shipping and any costs, including shipping and fees incurred by Debby's Dance and Skate Shop to retrieve the merchandise and a 20% restocking fee. Please state which shipping method you prefer when submitting your order.
